I would do so without hesitation. It initially started off as a good experience, but then the lying / lack of return of phone calls, and just plain TOTAL unprofessionalism kicked in. I purchased a new truck on November 20th, 2025. I was told that I would receive my registration and new permanent tag, in about 2-3 weeks. Please beware of salesman Xavier. He is a horrible dishonest person who will tell you anything to make a sale. I would give him 0 stars if ut were a option. Buyer beware he is not trustworthy.
I recently had my 3500 ram serviced. I met Tim Gleason who was my service advisor. He met me as I walked in the door with a smile and asked how can I help you. He answered all my questions and was very prompt and polite. My experience from my initial contact to the finish was spot on.

I originally purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on Monday 08/12/2024 and on 08/15/2024 I was left stranded due to a component failure with the vehicle. I contacted the dealership and informed them of the situation and requested the vehicle be fixed. A short time later, I was contacted by the General Manager, Bruce Johnson. Purchased a jeep from them. We were going to go in tonight and buy the Grand Cherokee that is on the lot as well, assuming it was still there, but not after this.
So… when I purchased the vehicle the oil change sticker said 7,500 for next oil change. (The first oil change was supposed to be free by the way.. at least that’s what our salesman said). My service rep was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing that I was a little taken back by was when I was given the cost prior to service it didn't include taxes. I was not expecting another $200 for my bill. Overall the service tech (Tim) was very helpful and easy to work with.
Grady did such a good job, we walked in just looking and drove out with a 2025 Dodge 1500 Laramie back home. Very impressed with the dealership! If I need anything more, I will go no where else! Thanks Team Dodge of Myrtle Beach!

Parts to be OEM replaced were complete rear end and Electronic steering assembly- None of these where available in North America and no idea on delivery-
These are plug and play parts….

I had an 8pm appointment for an oil change and I ended up sitting there for almost two hours. I would have probably been there longer if I hadn't gone to the service advisor at 9:40 and asked if there was a problem with my car that it still wasn't done.

From the moment I arrived everything went as smoothly as possible. Having mechanics that constantly work on RAM trucks do the necessary maintenance on my RAM truck is extremely important and gives me confidence that they know what is/isn’t needed to keep my RAM running properly.
Had my ram 2500 serviced on 1/18/24. The service writer Bryan Walker was very professional, helpful, and attentive to my needed repairs, and is a pleasure to work with! Everyone was at there best they brought my truck up to date on some of the recalls everything was on point
It’s hard to rate because my service writer Geremy was great went out of his way to help me out, but paid 195.00 to have my vehicle come out worse then when I brought it in, and to me, was handed a bunch of BS. Lesson learned.
The process went smoothly, adequate reminders of service date approaching. Explanation of recommended repairs was honest.
Nice to find a dealer that doesn’t feel the need to sell you products or repairs that aren’t necessary. I’ll be returning for sure

Known 2015 ram 1500 power steering issue, They would not contact Chrysler about it, Wanted over $4000 to repair it, I was able to have another mechanic greed a part which seemed to fix the issue, How this is not a recall is just ridiculous this and the known ABS problem with this model truck.
I did not have an emergency repair but the service department took the time to schedule me in. They brought my vehicle in promptly and did the necessary repair and I was on my way. I found the service techs to all by friendly and interested in me and that is a real plus. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced and cared for at TEAM. Thank you "team."

I needed to get my Ram 2500 Diesel serviced and was thinking “ugh. This is going to be a hassle” However Team Dodge Myrtle Beach (formerly Addy’s Harbor”) made the whole process painless, efficient, and while not inexpensive due to Biden Inflation Taxes (BIT), it wasn’t as bad as expected. Most importantly the work was done right, completed before the estimated repair time and I was back in the road in one day. Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 9am, appointment was for 930. The service department processed my truck in. Approx. 11am is when they called me up to the counter to tell me the truck is ready. The attendant at reception told me were the lounge was located to wait for my truck. The lounge area could use a remodel. TV station was not appeasing. No way to change the station. That early in the morning, nearly all the seats where filled. When I bought my used 2021 RAM, there was damage to the tailgate. I was promised that it would be repaired, The rough work was done but I was told the painter was out with COVID and as soon as he returned, I would be called to finish it. 8 months later I am still waiting. I feel I was cheated and would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Team dodge looked into a leaking issue from the rear window that I reported to addy’s over a year ago. George Strumke looked into the issue and found that the leak was indeed real and all parts were covered under warranty. They also found the exhaust manifold bolts were broken and replaced those along with a new gasket, also under warranty.
